			"It was surprisingly warm despite the wind barreling in from the North 
			Atlantic and whipping the sea to breakers and foam. I quietly said my goodbyes to 
			the island and we strode back to the bunkhouse to sort the rest of the evening meal 
			out, stopping every once in a while to try and take in this remote, windswept, totally 
			captivating landscape in the half-light of evening."
